Dr. Diaper tries to blow up the moon and rule the earth. But Captain Underpants shoots a pair of underwear at him, but it was his only pair. So he puts on a barrow. My favorite part is when Dr. Diaper is hooked on a pole and has a sticker on him that says, "Arrest me!"
